Law Case Study - Due for May 17th - 1000 words

I'm going to write on the Human Rights Act and how it affects Privacy (particularly as regards sex cases, S&M and bondage) in the UK since the ruling by Judge Eady in the Max Mosley Vs NewsGroup Newspapers case.

The issue is that Max Mosley went and did something perfectly 'legal' in a private way, and was exposed by the News of the World for being a pervert, because he enjoyed kinky sex with girls dressed in Nazi uniforms, and because his father was Oswald Mosley, a very famous english fascist.

Max Mosley was the president of the FIA at the time.
