Smoking and Mental Health...

OK OK, I know I've been straying off the point recently, so here's one to get us all back on track.
I used to smoke 40 marlboro reds a day. I know. It's sick. I was depressed, underweight, cancerous, I stank, I was miserable, and I would just sit at my desk and work and smoke CONSTANTLY.
But I wanted to give up. I couldn't run, I couldn't go out and have a beer without smoking heavily, and this amazingly wonderful girl (who I happened to be in love with) really didn't like smoking.
SO. I quit.
It took me a few times to do it successfully, and YES, I've done it successfully now. I'm never going back EVER. I had to quit and quit and quit again until I could finally do it, and I've also had to quit drinking to do it, but it's worth it.
I feel happy, healthy, hungry and active now and the only drawback is that I can't concentrate on my work (at all) anymore.

People on my course all seem to smoke even though it went out of style in the 80s and they have yet to get the net, so I thought this little video from 'Today Now! might help them see the error of their ways.

That's right people, smoking is GAY. In fact, smoking MAKES you gay. So beware. Next thing you know you'll be snogging your best mate and sneaking a peak in the boy's toilets.

(Actually some apologies are in order, especially to my gay mates, BUT, in my defence, I actually think this campaign would work wonders in reality... just a thought).
